Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Torque mobile application operated by Torque ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using Torque, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must create an account to use Torque. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Torque is provided for personal and fleet vehicle mileage and fuel tracking. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and not to:
Group owners are responsible for managing their groups, including inviting members and assigning roles. Role-based permissions (owner, admin, member, viewer) determine what actions each user can perform within a group. Group owners can transfer ownership or delete a group at any time.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Torque (vehicle details, fuel logs, photos). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Torque provides mileage and fuel analytics based on the data you enter. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations if incorrect data is provided. You are responsible for the accuracy of your fuel log entries, odometer readings, and vehicle information.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be removed. If you are the sole owner of a group, ownership will be transferred to another member before deletion. Fuel logs you created may be retained for other group members' records.
We strive to keep Torque available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time.
Torque is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
